The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high quality teaching across KS1 and/or KS2, depending on your experience and preference. You will have the opportunity to work in schools that value creativity, strong behaviour standards, and engaging, purposeful learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, well structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL learners
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress effectively
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Contribute to the wider life of the school when required
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- A proven track record of effective teaching within a primary setting
- Creative, adaptable, and passionate about education
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver consistently high quality teaching practice
