Person Specification

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
Recent teaching experience or placements within Key Stage 1 settings
Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
A positive approach to behaviour management and creating an engaging learning environment
Excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude
Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex Education
