The Successful Candidate Will:
- Have previous experience working within a primary school setting
Hold HLTA status or significant Cover Supervisor experience (desirable)
Be confident leading whole-class learning in the absence of the class teacher
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
Be flexible, proactive, and organised in their approach
Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
