As a Teaching Assistant your main responsibilities will consist of:
- Not only supporting the pupils' educational development but also managing and supporting the classroom alongside the designated teacher
- Creating a positive and engaging atmosphere in the classroom
- Providing tailored assistance for SEND pupils'
- Monitoring students and reporting to designated teacher when needed
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (must be on the update service)
- Relevant qualifications or experience
- Willingness to complete relevant training continually when needed
