Early Years Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

£14.10 per hour

Full-time - 40 hours per week (part-time hours also considered)

All positions are all-year-round. Bank holidays off.

We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming team at Shooting Stars Nursery in Bromsgrove.

This is a great opportunity for both experienced practitioners and newly qualified Level 3 candidates looking to develop their skills within a supportive and well-established setting. About You

We are keen to hear from candidates who:

Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Have experience within a nursery or early years environment (preferred but not essential for newly qualified applicants)
Are confident working within the EYFS framework
Have knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practice, including supporting children with additional needs
Are enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

Acting as a Key Person for a group of children
Planning and providing engaging, child-centred learning opportunities
Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Developing positive partnerships with parents and carers
Supporting high standards of care, learning and Ofsted expectations across the nursery
