Working with the Curriculum Director and Curriculum Manager for Business to ensure that the Business provision at Halesowen College is outstanding, you will work to create an area of excellence, focusing on the quality of the curriculum and the skills that learners obtain on their journey, providing high class teaching in Business to diverse groups of learners.
The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to the department's development, make significant contribution to the delivery of Business courses, and ensure accurate tracking and monitoring of learners.
