Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils within the classroom on a one-to-one and small group basis
- Assist the class teacher with daily learning activities and lesson preparation
- Help pupils remain engaged, focused, and confident in their learning
- Provide additional support for children with varying learning needs
- Encourage positive behaviour and social development
- Support children's emotional wellbeing and independence
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure pupils make progress
