Person Specification
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a committed and dynamic Chemistry Teacher or ECT.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and effective classroom management.
- Possess excellent curriculum knowledge and the ability to use available resources to secure outstanding outcomes for pupils.
- Be reflective, proactive, and able to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
- Show a commitment to raising attainment and inspiring a love of Chemistry in all learners.
