Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities:

Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
Supervise the completion of work set by the subject lead
Safeguarding of students

The ideal candidate

Previous experience working in a school setting or similar experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well organised with good attention to detail
Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour.
