As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities The Ideal Candidate Will Have - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
- Experience working with pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.
- A strong understanding of SEND strategies, inclusive teaching practices, and differentiated learning.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.
- A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
