We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our aircraft engineering department and deliver cutting-edge courses in avionics. This exciting role involves a blend of hands-on workshop instruction and engaging classroom delivery to a diverse student body at various levels.
What You'll Do:
Inspire and Educate: Delivery of high-quality learning, teaching, and assessment materials, and by supporting our learners. fostering a stimulating learning environmentDevelop Curriculum: Create and implement lesson plans and curriculum materials that meet industry standards and regulatory requirementsStay Current: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in the field and integrate relevant updates into your teaching practicesMaintain Excellence: Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with external bodies and college policies
Who We're Looking For:
It is essential that you have obtained qualifications at SCQF Level 8 or have relevant professional equivalent in the avionics industry, or the willingness to work towards this levelIndividuals with a dynamic attitude and a passion for teaching, including those without previous teaching experience, although, previous experience delivering UK CAA Part 66 B2 and Cat B common modules would be welcomed.excellent interpersonal skills, work to their own initiative, and relate well to different student groupsWith excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to work under pressure, candidates must have a flexible and can-do attitude to work

Location: Anniesland Campus. You may be required to travel and work within all Glasgow Clyde campuses.
