Salary: up to £29,670 annual salary (depending on experience and qualifications)

Overview
Farley Sparsholt Outdoor Nursery School offers a unique yurt based environment on a two acre site.
We seek an Early Years Educator/Practitioner to support children's development in a natural setting.
Responsibilities
- Apply the Storal curriculum and our pedagogic principles to children daily.
- Seek out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions.
- Bond with children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
- Keep children safe, loved and inspired to learn.
Qualifications
- A true love for child development and care.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong communication skills with management, peers and parents.
- High levels of care and empathy, seeing every opportunity as a learning moment.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
Must Haves
- Early Years qualification at Level 2/3.
- Experience working with all age groups within Early Years.
