We are currently recruiting for a Geography Teacher to work within a secondary school in Ramsey, Cambridgeshire on a temp to perm basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with secondary teaching experience looking to secure a long term permanent position within a supportive school.
Qualified Teacher Status QTS is desirable but not essential for the right candidate with relevant secondary education experience.
The Role
- Teaching Geography across secondary age groups
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Supporting pupil progress and attainment
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Working closely with the wider school team
Requirements
- Experience working within secondary education
- QTS ideal but not essential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Able to provide references and referee contact details
- Strong classroom management skills
- Passionate about education and student development
