The Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support children's learning and development within the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Assist with classroom activities and daily routines
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational growth
- Work closely with teachers, nursery staff, and parents
Requirements
- Previous experience working within Early Years settings
- A caring and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant childcare or education qualifications are desirable
