Key Stage 2 Teacher required for a welcoming Primary School in Quedgeley, starting immediately until the end of the academic year. This Key Stage 2 Teacher role offers a supportive environment with a strong focus on work life balance, working Monday and Tuesday only. Job Role
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Take on responsibilities as a Class Teacher, planning and marking where required
- Support pupils' learning and development across Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Maintain strong behaviour management in line with the Primary School policies
- Work collaboratively with other staff to support pupil progress and attainment
- Follow all safeguarding and school procedures consistently
Required Skills and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working as a Key Stage 2 Teacher or Class Teacher
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Experience within a Primary School setting
- Ability to engage and motivate pupils effectively
