Regional Personal Training Manager (RPTM)
Location: Midlands based
Salary: OTE: £38,000 - £42,000
Hours: Part Time - 30 hours per week (flexible for PT sessions if desired)

What You'll Be Doing Recruitment
- Proactively source, screen, and interview personal trainer candidates.
- Build strong relationships with training providers, colleges, and industry networks.
- Manage job postings, applications, and onboarding processes through our CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing to ensure recruitment efforts are effective and targeted.
Development
- Lead engaging onboarding sessions and workshops for new trainers.
- Provide continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities and mentorship.
- Organise regional hub sessions, training events, and ongoing development initiatives.
Retention
- Conduct regular check ins with trainers, offering support and guidance.
- Work alongside gym operators to foster a positive and motivating environment.
- Analyse recruitment and retention data to implement effective strategies.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for personal training, recruitment, and career development.
- Experience in recruitment, fitness management, or PT mentoring.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
