Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can thrive
- Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, adapting activities to meet individual needs
- Track key children's progress and share their learning journey with parents/carers using Tapestry
- Build strong, positive partnerships with families
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing and development of all children in the nursery
- Raise any concerns appropriately while maintaining confidentiality
Who We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification with at least one year of post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Birth to 5 framework
- A genuine passion for child development and early years education
- Confident, empathetic and proactive in safeguarding children
- A creative thinker who brings ideas to enhance learning experiences
- A strong communicator who values teamwork and partnership working.
