Salary: £35,000-£43,800 per annum (full time).

We are looking for an inspirational Lecturer with excellent organisational and programme management skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high quality lessons.
- Support and motivate students to achieve their best.
- Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation.
- Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or willingness to work towards one.
- Demonstrable experience within Childcare / Health and Social Care setting or teaching experience in subject specialism in a further or higher education environment.
- GCSEs C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Experience of working with or supporting young people aged 16-19, including those with additional needs.
- A real passion for creating positive learning experiences.
