The successful candidate will work collaboratively with existing Programme Leaders and Professional Services teams to ensure the success of UCL's Early Career Teacher Development Programme. This programme is delivered to circa 17,000 Early Career Teachers and Mentors annually, and the purpose of this role is to ensure that, as the ITTECF programme develops, there is a continued focus on high-quality delivery at scale.

This seconded role may include working with groups of regional partners and involve some national and international travel.
This post, offered on a secondment basis, will include working with groups of regional partners and may involve some national and international travel.
The successful applicant would remain an employee of their current organisation retaining their terms and conditions of employment, but we will work with your current employer to reimburse appropriate costs.
We will work with you and your employer to set up a formal secondment agreement.
We are committed to support the successful applicant(s) through agreeing a bespoke development plan. We aim, through this, to ensure that you gain the exceptional experience this secondment can offer to support your wider career aspirations and build capacity at your home organisation(s) on your return.
