Key responsibilities:- Work with adults and young people on a one-to-one basis in the community to identify their aspirations and unique skills and match those with local employers to ultimately secure paid work.
- Engage with clients and their circle of support.
- Create client development plans.
- When required, provide travel training.
- Liaise with employers to fill vacant positions and support their quest for a diverse workforce.
ProfileThe successful candidate will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills, energy and enthusiasm.
- Competency in using varied IT systems accurately.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to balance the needs of clients, employers and us!
- Resilient, pragmatic approach to dealing with people and occasionally challenging situations.
- Locally based with a full UK driving licence and daily access to a car is essential.
- A successful enhanced DBS would be required (paid for by us).
- Knowledge of disability or HR procedures is beneficial but not essential as training is provided.

Job Offer- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) pro rata for part-time.
