Job Description

We are working with a well-established Further Education provider in Cambridge who are looking to appoint a passionate and knowledgeable Electrical Installation Lecturer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrician or current lecturer to step into a rewarding role where you'll be shaping the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

You'll play a key role in supporting learner achievement, maintaining high standards within the department, and helping students develop the technical skills needed for industry success.

The Role

Deliver engaging Electrical Installation lessons across a range of qualifications
Teach both practical and theoretical elements of the curriculum
Support learners with progression, achievement, and employability skills
Carry out assessments, marking, and course administration

Requirements

Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification
Strong industry experience within Electrical Installation
Teaching/training experience preferred but not essential
Teaching qualification desirable or willingness to work towards one
