Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Trainer at our location in Kibworth Harcourt. The Personal Trainer will create tailored fitness programs, conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, educate clients on proper exercise techniques, and provide ongoing motivation and support. Additional responsibilities include tracking clients' fitness progress, maintaining a clean and safe environment within the facility, and assisting with promoting wellness initiatives to build our fitness community.
Qualifications
Experience in Personal Training and Group Fitness InstructionKnowledge of Exercise Science, Strength and Conditioning, and program designStrong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skillsAbility to assess client needs, set goals, and monitor progress effectivelyFirst Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)A recognized Personal Trainer certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, or equivalent)Enthusiasm for fitness, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others achieve their goalsExperience with fitness management software or tracking tools is a plus
