- Confident in delivering Functional Skills maths in a supportive, learner-focused way.
- Holds a recognised teaching qualification and committed to developing their practice.
- Strong foundation in English and Maths (GCSE A-C or equivalent).
- Open to completing training that strengthens equality, diversity and safeguarding for all learners.
