Your role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Co-ordinator.
This is a varied and impactful role supporting the design, delivery and evaluation of Learning and Development activities across the organisation.
You will lead on co-ordinating training, maintaining high ‑ quality e ‑ learning content within our Learning self-service system, facilitating and co-facilitating training sessions/ workshops and ensuring learners receive a smooth end ‑ to ‑ end experience.
In addition, you will lead on our early careers programme, including apprenticeships, work experience initiatives, and represent the organisation at career fairs.
What You Will Need
You must be a team player with excellent organisational and customer service skills and have a good aptitude for using IT systems. You should be confident working under pressure, able to manage changing and sometimes conflicting priorities, while consistently maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Previous training administrative experience within a busy office environment is essential. You must also hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or be actively working towards it.
