What You'll Be Doing
Partnering with managers across care, education, and therapy teams to identify and respond to learning needsSupporting induction, mandatory training, and ongoing professional development initiativesAdministering our Learning Management System (LMS) – managing training records, bookings, and reportingCoordinating apprenticeship programmes and liaising with external training providersDesigning and delivering engaging learning content and workshopsEvaluating training impact and contributing to compliance audits and internal reporting
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a learning and development role – ideally in health, care, or educationStrong organizational and admin skills, including LMS experienceExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesUnderstanding of apprenticeship pathways and professional development routesProficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a digital-first environmentA collaborative, proactive mindset with a genuine passion for helping others grow
Desirable (But Not Essential)
CIPD Level 5 or working towardsKnowledge of Ofsted frameworksExperience supporting apprenticeship levy-funded training
