Working for the UK & EIRE Aftersales Training Department as an Aftersales Training Specialist, your primary role is to deliver technical aftersales training courses to the UK & EIRE dealers and distribution network. You will be required to set up and run technical training courses in both classroom and workshop areas utilizing rigs and machinery as required. This will be delivered in-line with the global customer support training curriculum, and certification program. The Aftersales Training Specialist will also support all the necessary training linked to Customer Support activities, such as training internal functions and associated partners such as the UK AGCO Apprenticeship scheme.
Your Impact
Provide attendees with course material in line with global standards, working with the Global Content Creation Team to ensure delivery of the learning objectives, curriculums, course structure and accreditation.
