Position: Lecturer in Midwifery
We are seeking an excellent Lecturer in Midwifery with academic and teaching experience in the field, who will contribute to our undergraduate, postgraduate and CPD provision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver innovative and engaging education across pre- and post-registration programmes and modules.
- Provide teaching across midwifery and perinatal health programmes and modules, tailored to diverse learners.
- Base teaching methodology on research, scholarship and professional experience.
- Specialist knowledge in biology and the systematic examination of the newborn is desirable.
Person Specification
- Registered with the NMC as a Midwife.
- Possess an honours degree and experience in teaching.
- High quality and engaging teaching skills across midwifery and perinatal programmes.
