As an Early Years Educator, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children at Busy Bees, a leading nursery group in the UK. You will work in a purpose built nursery in Wakefield with a capacity of 112 children and a highly rated Ofsted rating.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
- Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
- Experience working with children under 5.
- Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse is desirable.
