Lead Teacher - Science
Lead Teacher of Science will support the Head of Department in planning and delivery of the science curriculum throughout the Academy. They will manage the department, provide a meaningful contribution to student attainment, raise expectations, and help secure department improvement plan targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in management and leadership of the Science Department.
- Support Head of Department with curriculum development and delivery.
- Promote high quality teaching and maintain high expectations within the department.
- Develop curriculum management skills and support professional development of staff.
