The role
We are seeking two inspiring and industry-savvy Lecturers in Music Performance and Production to join our exciting and rapidly growing department. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate educators with strong professional experience and valuable industry connections, who can enrich the learner journey and support students in achieving their full potential. The ideal candidates will bring current insights from the music industry, helping to bridge the gap between education and real-world practice. The ability to speak Welsh would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and teach across a range of courses ensuring schemes/records of work, assignment schedules, are appropriate to the syllabus content and awarding body standards.
- Assess and monitor learner progress, including the setting of targets, maintaining records of work and achievement in line with internal and external schedules/ criteria and college targets.
- Ensure the learning environment is inspiring, identifying and notifying resource requirements in line with curriculum and technical developments.
About you
- Professional qualification or first degree in relevant area or equivalent
- Hold, or be willing to work towards, a recognised teaching qualification
- Enthusiastic and committed individual who can engage, inspire and challenge all learners to achieve their individual potential
- Good organisational and problem solving skills and will be prepared to work flexibly
- The ability to speak Welsh would be a distinct advantage
