We're working with a primary school in South Bristol looking for a Behaviour Support TA to work with a small group of KS2 pupils who need help with focus, routines, and emotional regulation.
The role
- Supporting pupils who may struggle with behaviour or engagement
- Using consistent strategies to build trust and structure
- Working alongside teachers to keep learning on track
- Helping pupils feel safe, seen, and understood
The ideal candidate
You're resilient, patient, and not easily fazed. You might have worked in schools, youth work, coaching, or care. You know that behaviour is communication, and you're keen to be part of the solution.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
