Salary: £36,363-39,152 pro rata (£18.84-£21.11 per hour). Actual £28,973-31,195, pay award pending
Contract: Permanent, part time, term time only
Working pattern: 35hrs per week

We are looking for a motivated and highly organised school business professional to play a key role in the wider leadership team of our school. As well as supporting the Headteacher by leading on school finance, premises, HR and IT systems, you will also manage the administration of our in house wraparound care and school minibuses, and line manage the premises staff. We welcome applications from candidates who have previous experience of working in a similar role, but full training will be provided to the right candidate, including fully funded study towards the Diploma in School Business Management.

What You Need to Succeed
- Relevant qualifications, including good numeracy and literacy skills
- Practical understanding of financial management and accounting procedures and the presentation of financial data
- Experience of preparing and managing budgets
- Knowledge of HR, recruitment and personnel systems
- An awareness of Health & Safety regulations and school premises compliance requirements
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and Bromcom
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
- An understanding of confidentiality and Data Protection protocols
