Requirements
- A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
- Experience of tuition of children with SEND or SEMH needs
- Full UK driving license

At ALFA
We support young people who can't access mainstream education due to social, emotional, or mental health challenges. Our personalised approach includes face to face home tuition, online lessons with subject specialists, and outdoor learning through PEAK activity centres.
We're expanding in Sleaford and offering flexible tutoring roles. While the contract is 0 hours, we guarantee regular work.
