Are you passionate about supporting young people who need a fresh start in education and want to make a real difference every day?
We are urgently recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a specialist school in South East London supporting learners who have struggled in mainstream education. The role involves helping students rebuild confidence, engagement, and positive learning habits through strong pastoral support and consistent relationships. You will be responsible for managing the behaviour of the children both in and out of the classroom, and building strong relationships to help encourage their engagement and learning. Due to the needs of the children, it would be very beneficial for you to have previous experience in a similar setting or having worked with children with Special Educational Needs previously.
