Are you a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant with a passion for Early Years and supporting children with additional needs?
We are working with a welcoming primary school in Chelmsford that is seeking a full time LSA to support pupils transitioning into Year 1. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing school environment where every child is supported to succeed.

The Role
- Full time Learning Support Assistant position
- Supporting pupils transitioning from EYFS into Year 1
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Assisting children with SEN to access learning and settle into KS1
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

- Experience working with children in Early Years or KS1
- A strong understanding of SEN and how to support additional needs
- A nurturing, patient and flexible approach

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
