About the School
Our independent public school is located in Ocean Reef, a coastal suburb approximately 30 kilometres north of Perth. The surrounding suburbs of Beaumaris, Ocean Reef, Iluka and Burns Beach provide a primarily affluent, socially mobile community with many multicultural families. The school was established in 1991 and currently serves Years K 6 (ages 4 12), offering a comprehensive specialist subjects programme, consistent whole school approaches in core subjects, pastoral care and a student leadership development program.
Role Overview
We seek a motivated teacher specialising in the Japanese language, with an in depth understanding of the Western Australian Language Curriculum and contemporary pedagogical practices to support second language learning. The successful candidate will possess strong Japanese speaking, reading and writing skills, and experience teaching the Japanese language to students in Years K 6.
