Job Overview
Bourne Community College is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and development across the school. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will provide targeted assistance to individuals and groups, helping every child to thrive. You will join a supportive and friendly staff in the Inclusion team to make a real difference to the lives of young people in our community.
This is a permanent post required for September 2026. Visits to the school are very welcome, please contact Mrs Menzies at to arrange a visit.
