The Meads Primary School is located on the southern edge of East Grinstead, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The school's aim is to provide children with the best learning opportunities in order to reach their full potential, based on our strong values-led ethos and curriculum centred on Kindness, Respect, Community, Curiosity and Independence.
We have a wonderful outside learning environment which is used to support the children's learning.
Our policies are designed to support the children to become citizens of modern Britain with a clear understanding of right and wrong and the development of responsibility in making the right choices about their behaviour, appreciating diversity and having empathy with others. Pupils also have the opportunity from Year R to take on responsibilities for their community through a variety of elected councils and posts.
