Hours: 37.5 per week Monday-Friday 8:15am - 4:15pm
Salary: £25,703.13 per annum
Contract: Permanent Term Time Only

Working closely with teachers, senior leaders, and a multidisciplinary team, you'll help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Helping to maximise learning opportunities for every student
- Assisting with planning, preparation, and classroom resources
- Contributing to assessments, target setting, and record keeping
- Supporting statutory reviews and contributing to important reports
- Working collaboratively with therapists and professionals to implement specialist approaches
- Observing and recording student progress to support development
- Acting as a positive role model at all times
- Supervising students during mealtimes and recreational activities
- Assisting with risk assessments and educational visits
- Taking part in ongoing training and professional development

- Qualified with GCSE English and Maths or equivalent

About Us
Kestrel House School is a Special Educational Needs (SEN) School. We help educate and support pupils who have complex needs and specialise in the communication and learning challenges associated with Autism.
We want each pupil at Kestrel House School to achieve their own ambitions and to live fulfilling and productive lives.
