We're looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join a specialist setting supporting students with a range of additional needs, across both
primary and secondary phases What you'll be doing: - Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting with academic tasks and structured learning activities
- Supporting behaviour, emotional regulation, and social development
- Helping create a safe, engaging, and consistent learning environment
Student needs include: - Autism (ASC)
- Speech and language difficulties
- Social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH)
We're looking for someone who: - Has experience working with SEN or in a similar role
- Is patient, proactive, and reliable
- Can build strong, trusting relationships with students

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, but a permanent role may become available later.
