The Role - KS2 Teacher
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with Autism
- Use ABA strategies to support learning, behaviour, and communication
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Create a structured, calm, and positive learning environment
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly
- Support pupils' academic, emotional, and social development
Candidate Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with pupils with Autism and/or complex needs
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and Autism specific strategies
- Patient, resilient, and nurturing approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for inclusive and specialist education
