We are working with a fantastic 3-form entry primary school in the heart of Crawley, known for its supportive leadership, inclusive ethos, and brilliant outdoor space. They are now looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team, with a particular focus on supporting their Forest School provision.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils across the school, including those with additional needs
- Playing a key role in the school's outdoor learning and Forest School programme
- Assisting with engaging, practical, and nature based learning activities
- Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff to support pupil development
- Helping to create a nurturing, positive, and inclusive environment
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children (school or similar setting preferred)
- A proactive, hands on approach and willingness to get involved outdoors
- A passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
- Confidence supporting a range of needs, including SEN (desirable)
- Someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a team focused attitude
