Core Subjects Teacher (QTS) - SEN Focus
Location: South Manchester
Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: September 2026
The Education Specialists are pleased to be partnering with an inclusive secondary setting in South Manchester to recruit a versatile and committed Core Subjects Teacher (QTS) for a permanent role.
This role involves delivering a range of core subjects (English, Maths, and Science) to students who benefit from a more tailored and supportive approach to learning.
The Role
- Deliver a broad core curriculum adapted to meet SEN needs
- Provide consistent and structured learning for small groups or individuals
- Support students with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Work closely with support staff and external professionals
- Monitor and support individual progress and development
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS with experience across one or more core subjects
- Has strong SEN experience or a passion for inclusive education
- Is flexible, adaptable, and student-focused
- Builds strong relationships with learners
