Vision for Education in Middlesbrough is seeking a Teaching Assistant for their alternative provision school. The role involves supporting children aged 8-16 who have been excluded from mainstream education, particularly those with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs, Autism, or ADHD. The successful candidate will need strong behaviour management skills and experience working with vulnerable youth.
