Protocol Education are working with a specialist and inclusive school in Ealing who are seeking a Permanent Behaviour Support Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an adaptable and nurturing educator who is committed to creating positive outcomes for children who require additional behavioural and emotional support.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils both academically and emotionally, creating a structured and engaging learning environment where every child can succeed.
Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to pupils with behavioural and SEMH needs
- Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to support learning and engagement
- Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and social development
- Working closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Building strong and trusting relationships with pupils and families
- Monitoring progress and adapting approaches to meet individual learning needs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
- Experience working with pupils with behavioural, SEMH, or additional needs
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
