The Role
Work alongside the Headteacher to help lead the strategic and operational direction of the school. You will support staff development, drive high-quality teaching and learning, contribute to school improvement planning, and help create the conditions in which pupils and staff can perform at their best.
The Candidate
You are an experienced senior leader with the credibility, judgement, and drive to make a real impact. You combine strong leadership skills with a clear understanding of teaching and learning, communicate well with staff and stakeholders, and know how to support others while maintaining high expectations across the school.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience - Proven leadership experience within a school setting.
- Teaching and Learning - A strong understanding of effective classroom practice, staff development, and school improvement.
- Communication - Clear and confident verbal and written communication with staff, governors, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Enhanced DBS - Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Career Commitment - A strong commitment to leadership, pupil outcomes, and the continued success of the school.
