The Role
Lead the school through its next phase of development, taking full responsibility for strategic direction, standards, culture, staffing, and operational performance. The Candidate
You are an experienced senior leader with credibility, judgment, and resilience to lead a school effectively. You combine strategic thinking with strong operational oversight, communicate clearly with staff, governors, parents, and external stakeholders, and know how to create conditions in which pupils and staff perform at their best.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience - Proven senior leadership experience within a school setting.
- Strategic Vision - Ability to lead school improvement, manage change, and plan effectively for long term growth.
- Communication - Clear and confident verbal and written communication with staff, governors, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Enhanced DBS - Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Career Commitment - A strong commitment to school leadership, pupil outcomes, and the long term success of the school.
