We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and passionate EYFS Learning Support Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the early stages of a child's education within a nurturing and community focused environment. Qualifications
- Maths and English qualifications to GCSE Grade C/4 or above or the equivalent.
- Positive & cheerful with a 'can do' attitude.
- Warm & caring, child centred approach to learning and progress.
- Ability to inspire pupils.
- Proven experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Capability to work collaboratively with colleagues and enjoy being part of a team.
- Flexibility while maintaining high standards.
- Clear understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures.
- Supportive of our values and ethos as a Church of England Primary School.
