SEN Teaching Assistant - Colchester
Pay: £85-£95 per day
Contract: Full Time
We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils with additional needs.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum.
- Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities and interventions.
- Helping create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
- Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs as part of a structured SEN programme.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting.
- Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
