Responsibilities
- Support classroom teaching across a variety of subjects
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help
- Assist in preparing learning materials and organising displays
- Help manage behaviour and track student progress
- Build strong working relationships with staff, pupils, and families
- Take part in regular training and receive ongoing support throughout the school year
- Enthusiastic, caring and committed to supporting young people
- Confident communicator and a dependable team player
- Punctual, organised, and willing to take initiative
- Open to feedback and eager to develop professionally
- Volunteering or work experience with children or young people
- An interest in pursuing a career in education or youth services
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
